Dear Grace Church,

The Lord is our protector. The world tries to tell us that we are no good and have no value, that we are not worthy of His salvation. This is a lie. Despite our sin or our struggles, God is still our protector. He still longs for our salvation. He provides for us.

Sermon Series

This week I will cover Psalm 4. This is sometimes called an evening prayer. In ways this Psalm is a review of a day and a final prayer. There is a spiritual practice called Examen that mimics this prayer.

Other Stuff

Starting in April the children will join us in church for the singing portion. We will then dismiss them to Children’s Church. This is an effort to integrate a time of family worship. Children are not a distraction to worship, and we have an opportunity to lead them by our example in this area. I am excited to have them be a part of this important portion of our service.
