MINISTRY MISSION

KNOW GOD. LOVE JESUS. Learn to follow Him.

Grace Kids is all about introducing kids of all ages, from newborn through elementary school, to Jesus. We desire to accomplish this by providing:

· Biblically based, age-appropriate classes and instruction
· loving volunteers who have passed a security background check
· opportunities to build relationships with others that will encourage growth in Christ.

Every child, from newest babies to graduating 5th graders, is valuable to us in Kid's Ministry.
Our desire is to partner with parents to teach all of our kids to know God, love Jesus, and learn to follow Him.

Jesus was a true trailblazer—not just for his time, but for all time! Jesus' teachings and way of life often went against the grain of what people expected, showing us a whole new way to live and love. While blazing new trails, Jesus never wavered from the path of following God, and he paved the way for us to follow his lead. In this 4-week series, kids will learn to trust Jesus even when it’s not easy, show others the way to God, let God’s love take the lead, and pray the way Jesus prayed.
Discipleship doesn't happen just because kids sit through our lessons, so here are the 4 Spiritual Habits embedded in what we teach each month:
1.  Spend time with God: talking with God isn’t about repeating the same prayers over and over—it’s about real, heartfelt conversations.
2. Use your gifts: clothing ourselves in humility, kindness, and love helps kids use their gifts and keeps God at the center of their lives.
3. Spend time with others: being fair, kind, loving to everyone is how we reflect God's love in our relationships.
4. Share your story: when kids have personally felt comforted, relied on God's wisdom, or forgiven someone,  these moments show how trusting Jesus makes a difference, and sharing these stories can inspire others to follow Jesus, even when it's tough.
