Why we give?
We honor the Lord by putting Him above all else.
We financially support the mission and ministry of the church.
We recognize that all money is God’s, and we are stewards of His resources.

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test Me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.” – Malachi 3:10

A New Old Command

This week I will cover 1 John 2:7-17. John tells us of a new old commandment to love others. We must be very careful that we assess our love. We can be deceived and love the things of this world. This misplaced love creates idolatry.
