VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - June 20-24, 2022 RECAP

Everyone really had an amazing time at VBS this week. We had 34 kids in attendance and by the end of the week, they didn’t want it to end….they wanted more of Jesus! They really connected with the lessons, especially on Wednesday night when we talked about Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross for us. It truly was a wonderful moment that night! Special thanks to all of the 35 volunteers who made this week a success. We are grateful for all of those who spent weeks decorating, planning lessons, preparing & serving food, teaching, serving as crew leaders, and serving at the registration and check in table. You all made this week special for the kids! Special shout out to our youth team members who made a huge impact on the kids by engaging with them in every lesson. We are so grateful and thankful for the efforts made this week by all involved! God is SO faithful!!

EXPERIENCE

We want your experience in Grace Kids to be one worth talking about. Each weekend at Grace, our kids are having a blast learning about Christ in safe, age-appropriate environments. Through creative biblical teaching, we work together to teach kids how to do the greatest thing they can possibly do with their lives…”love Jesus with all of their heart, mind and strength”. The mission of our Children’s Ministry Team is to partner with you for the spiritual growth of your children. We wish to encourage a healthy relationship with Jesus Christ and to fill our kids up with God’s Word until the habit penetrates their hearts and it becomes a part of who they are.

NURSERY

Our Nursery environment is created especially for your infant (six weeks) through preschool-aged children. We can’t wait to meet them! We know things are busy at this stage of life and your children are learning and growing in amazing ways.  We are ready for them! 

Teachers & Staff on our Children’s Ministry Team have passed all the necessary background checks. We also provide beepers in the event your little one needs you during the service.

Preschool Church (Ages 3-5)


We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool children. So, you can plan on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter in every experience. Be on the lookout for fun crafts and big games. It is our hope that your child will learn:

  • God MADE me
  • God LOVES me
  • Jesus wants to be my FRIEND forever

We look forward to helping your preschoolers learn more about God. Preschoolers will begin the hour with their teachers in the Children’s Room alongside our K-5th graders for worship.

Children's CHURCH (K-5th Grade)


For Sunday morning worship time we plan a full hour for your child that includes centers, Bible stories, songs, crafts, games, and best of all, small group time for prayer and discussion.   

Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:

  • I need to make a wise choice
  • I can trust God no matter what
  • I should treat others the way I want to be treated

We want kids to see how God’s Word fits in to their lives, to learn how to talk to Him and to build friendships that will last.

Special Needs

We have many families at Grace who’s children require special care. It is our desire to provide a church home for your family and we understand the integration process for your child will be unique.
