Judgement Comes
Judgement Comes
This week, Don will cover Isaiah 21:1-27:13. You can read the text HERE. Take some time to read and reflect on the questions below from RightNow Media. Ask God for His wisdom and insight.
1 Have you ever been frustrated by the evil in the world? Describe some of those moments.
2 Do you ever struggle with the way the Bible talks about God’s judgment? What about it makes it difficult to accept?
3 In Isaiah 25, God seems to abolish death. Why do you think “death” is the enemy here? ◦
How does the image of God wiping tears from faces impact our view of God?
4 Read Mark 6:30-44. How does Jesus’ feeding the crowd help us understand something about the character of God?
5 What would it look like for you to believe wholeheartedly that God was going to prepare a wonderful feast for us in the end? How would that change your actions this week?

Grace Discipleship: Unity in the Church
Heavenly Father,
We come before you with humble hearts. We pray for the unity of your church, that we may all be one as you, Father, are in the Son and the Son is in You.
Help us to focus on what unites us in faith and put aside our worldly differences. We pray that the gifts you have given us will be magnified by your Holy Spirit, that we may work together in love and harmony, spreading the message of your love and salvation to all corners of the earth.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. - Jon Hickman
