Now, where are we?

Now, where are we?
We recently looked at on overview of the book of an Isaiah to get a sense of where we have been and where we are going.  I think it may be helpful as well to review the video below.  Remember, we are not studying for information, but for transformation and God does the transforming - not us!

As you review, pray.  Ask God to show you where you need to open a door to Him.  Ask Him to come and restore your soul and clean the inside of your cup.

Matthew 23:26 Amplified Bible: You [spiritually]blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of the cup  and of the plate [examine and change your inner self to conform to God's precepts], so that the outside [your public life and deeds] may be clean also.

The Bible is a story, God’s story of love and it includes you.  I’ve shared with you recently some ways that I am a part of God’s story.  Have you thought about how you are a part of God’s story? The Bible is the true, inspired Word of God, but it is also real stories of real people in real places at specific times in history.  How have you seen God work in your life? Your parents’ lives? In Perry, Ga?  Take some time to tell someone a “God story” of your own this week.  Have confidence – it’s your story!
