Titles
Read Isaiah 43:14-24 but pay particular attention to Isaiah 43:14-15.
Take a minute and note the various titles for God. Think through what each of these titles are communicating to the reader, to the people to you?
When do you need the Redeemer?
When do you need the Holy One?
When do you need the Creator?
When do you need a King?
Think about the life of Jesus and various ways He fulfilled these titles.
Now again read through Isaiah 43:16-24. How would these aspects of God have brought comfort to a people attempting to go back home through a treacherous land?
